Since the late 1960's, Hacienda La Minita has been the foundation of the company farm. They have exported coffee under the La Minita banner since 1985, becoming one of the initial coffees to be sold as single estate coffee in the world.

Brew Recommendations

The washed process and bright acidity make this an ideal pour over or drip coffee. Use a medium-fine grind and brew at 1:17 ratio with water around 200°F to highlight the chocolate and almond notes.
